A thoroughly enjoyable week with good food (Pippo + Gabrielle’s excellent hospitality) good weather (amazing storms!) and excellent accommodation. (love the pools proximity to the Villa). Thanks very much Barrie for the excellent + very helpful handbook which we made good use of.

We have had an enjoyable week at the Villa. A great location to explore beautiful Le Marche. We have played in the pool, read, relaxed and cooked our own pizza and pasta. Porto San Giorgio worth a visit (especially if it is overcast here-the coast is always sunny) San Ginesio lovely and the ‘Dualia’ Restaurant in San Angelo well worth a visit for dinner in the evening (do book) A very memorable holiday.

We’ve had a wonderful holiday. The villa was fantastic, everything we needed was here, the setting, the views were breathtaking, the locals are very friendly and the local restaurants were great. A holiday we’ll remember and will one day do again. Many, many thanks

Absolutely fantastic holiday had by all, despite our daughter getting chicken pox on the first day! ( local doctors superb).
Cannot fault the villa, everything we could want or need was here – and more. Can’t wait to return, thank you.

Lovely Villa, good holiday, wonderful view of the snow capped mountains, kids enjoyed the pool, although a bit chilly in April! Good mix of places to visit, something for everyone. Snowball fights up the mountain one day and laying in the sunshine on the beach the next day. Good time had by all, Thank You.

"The villa is perfect for a relaxing break with friends and family; a beautiful location with stunning scenery of rolling fields, olive trees and snow peaked mountains, easy to get to from Rome Ciampino Airport and a great location for exploring neighbouring towns. A lovely place to stay, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and are looking forward to returning soon."

"The Family had a wonderful holiday, the house is great & everybody was catered for. comfortable beds,pillows,linen and towels of the best quality.The kitchen was well equipped and there were so many water beds,toys,books,cds and games for the children. situation idyllic,wonderful veiws,complete privacy but local villages with good shops and restaurants accessible. we were looked after admirably, nothing was too much trouble."

"Dear Barrie. We had a wonderful time what a fantastic
place you have there. loved the area! we skied in Sarnano one day but spent the rest of the time at Fontignano as there was better nursery slopes there and more skiing. As an all round holiday with a bit of sight-seeing ,shopping etc it was brilliant. Thanks for looking after us, we really appreciated it."

"When we arrived at the villa we were so impressed. The attention to detail within the villa and the views outside all helped to make it a really memorable holiday. We found the lake, which was so beautiful and we really loved the beach and the buzz there was around the resort.
We had some really special nights out in restaurants where the staff made us feel so welcome. We had 5 teenagers with us and it was delightful to see them change from their naturally grungy attitude to happy people who even admitted to having fun, even at the opera!!
Congratulations on finding a villa in such a perfect location, and for enabling us to spend our holiday in such a comfortable and attractive home. Kind regards."

"Just wanted to tell you what a fantastic holiday my family
and I had staying at ‘Casa Tuttavia.’ We split our time between relaxing around your pool and visiting the beach 30 minutes away in Porto St Giorgio (the latter was a particular favourite for the children)
Having rented property in Marche for the last three years, I can tell you that ‘Casa Tuttavia’ was of the highest quality we have experienced and the views from the house are stunning.
We’re all looking forward to our return next year."
