accommodation is set over three floors with 4 bedrooms
consisting of 2 doubles, 1 twin all with spacious
en-suite
bathrooms; the 4th bedroom has bunk
beds and 1 single bed. The separate bathroom has a large corner Jacuzzi bath and separate
shower, toilet and bidet.
The ground floor has a large lounge that leads out
to the rear terrace with views across the countryside towards the old village of Ripe San Ginesio. The
kitchen has all modern facilities and is finished
in local stone with a solid wood worktop and large
'Belfast' style sink.The dining room has a solid
oak table with seating for ten; from the dining
room you have French doors that lead out to the
pool area
and front terrace.
